1.1. General
We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions in accordance with the GDPR, the BDSG and the TMG. The operator of the website named in the imprint is responsible within the meaning of Art 4 Z 7 DSGVO. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Since we handle data very sparingly and by default do not process any data whose processing requires mandatory consent, this website has neither a cookie (consent) banner nor a cookie bar, unless we install a so-called iFrame at the express request of the customer. In this case, there is a separate cookie (consent) banner directly above the relevant iFrame, any cookies are only set after express consent.

The data are processed and stored for the purpose of operating an informal and representative website.

1.1.2 Duration of storage

We process personal data in the form of the presentation of a website, images and any moving images, logos, free texts as well as those of the respective visitor when using the contact form.

The data is made available to the respective user of the website. These are consumers as well as entrepreneurs. Data provided regarding the use of the contact form will be transmitted to the person responsible for processing the request.

The data comes from the person responsible according to the imprint and, if necessary, from the respective users.

1.2 Liability of Users
All users are obliged to observe laws, in particular the Data Protection Act, and to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this website in this regard. The use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operator of the website expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, such as spam mails. 1.4 Videos
On our website we offer you the opportunity to view film reports via YouTube videos directly via iFrame embedding. By clicking on a film report, you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a DSGVO. Through this process, the service provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland can collect personal data from you for the duration of the playback of the respective video. We do not process or store the aforementioned data. Your consent remains valid until you leave the respective website and will not be saved. 1.5 Google Fonts
External fonts, so-called “Google Fonts”, are implemented on this page. These web fonts are integrated by calling up the server, which in this case is the technical service provider's own server, which has stored the web fonts there.

1.6 Contact Form
As soon as you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us and temporarily by our technical service provider for three months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be disclosed to third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a GDPR if the user has given his consent. In contrast, the legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR. If the e-mail contact is based on the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b DSGVO applies.

1.7 Applications
If you apply for a job on our website using the contact form or via e-mail, the personal data you provide to verify your application and in the course of the subsequent selection process will be temporarily stored for the duration of the application process and then deleted. The processing of the data is mandatory for participation in the application process and is therefore necessary. If you have given your consent to keep your data on record, the data will be used for a further six months for the aforementioned purposes. After that, your data will be permanently deleted. In this case, the legal basis for processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a GDPR. You can revoke your consent to the use of the data at any time by sending an email to office@firmenabc.at. The data will then be deleted at your express request.

2. Data Security

The person responsible takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the data stored by the provider against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.

3. Contradiction

You can object to the use and processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future by sending an informal message to info@ilgladiatore.de. The stored personal data will be deleted as soon as you object to the use of your data or the purpose of the data collection has been fulfilled. Nevertheless, official or contractual storage obligations remain unaffected. If such obligations exist, your data will initially be blocked for further use and automatically deleted after the retention period has expired.

4. Legal information

In principle, data subjects have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transfer, revocation and objection. If incorrect data has been stored about you, we will of course correct it. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you can complain to the data protection authority.
